About Chef Rich
At a young age, I became fascinated with food and flavors. I grew up in New Jersey with a great cook for a mom... there was always something wonderful going on in the Kukle kitchen. I loved helping my mother make jams for friends or cupcakes for parties, and I took to cooking like a duck to water.
We have a camp in the Catskill mountains in New York, so when I was not helping in the kitchen I was learning how to hunt, how to fish, and how to forage for wild edibles like blueberries and mushrooms.
Now I make a living as a personal chef, doing weekly meals, meal planning, vacation meals, dinner parties, and educational cooking parties.
