  • 8 Cups Cored peeled apples diced
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 5 Cloves


  • Put all ingredients in a heavy gauge pot and cook slowly , stirring frequently for about 2 to 3 hrs.
  • It is ready when you drop mound of it on a plate and no juice runs out of the sides.
  • It will be relatively thick. refrigerate ,freeze or preserve in mason jars.(Google canning) .
