Store by canning
- 8 Cups Cored peeled apples diced
- 1 Cup Apple Cider
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 5 Cloves
- Put all ingredients in a heavy gauge pot and cook slowly , stirring frequently for about 2 to 3 hrs.
- It is ready when you drop mound of it on a plate and no juice runs out of the sides.
- It will be relatively thick. refrigerate ,freeze or preserve in mason jars.(Google canning) .
