Meat Balls

Nothing like comfort food.

  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion fine dice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Lbs Ground beef
  • 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • s + p to taste


  • Preheat oven 375 degrees
  • Gently cook your onions and garlic for 7minutes. In a bowl add them to all the remaining ingredients. Mix well . Form into balls 1 + 1/2 inches in diameter. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly brown and firm. Serve your favorite way.
