Pancetta wrapped Asparagus

Pancetta or Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus

Its Spring time eat asparagus
Recipes don’t get much easier than this


  • 1 lbs asparagus
  • 6 oz. pancetta or prosciutto
  • 1 tsp lemon zest


  • Preheat oven 375°
  • Cut off the bottom half inch off of your asparagus, then peel the next 1/2 inch . Now wrap the spears in Pancetta or prosciutto . Spread them out on a sheet pan and bake on the upper third of oven for 20 minutes. A little lemon zest is always nice at the end.
