Ingredients

  • 3 cans of Beans 3 different color beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 each peppers of 3 different colors diced
  • 3 Scallions sliced thinly at a angle
  • 1 hand full parsley coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toss everything together . That’s it .1,2,3, easy healthy and delicious.
