Fennel Wheat Berry Salad
Nice and healthy
Ingredients
- 1 + 1/2 cups Fennel sliced very thin save fronds
- 1 + 1/2 cups cooked wheat berries
- 1 cup green beans cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- ½ lemon
- ¼ cup + 1 Tbls olive oil
- ¼ cup sliced green olives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together fennel, wheat berries and green beans. Squeeze the juice from lemon over the top along with remaining ingredients. Coarsely chop the fronds and add into the salad. That's it .
