  • 3 Tbls vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbls grated ginger
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 6 cups cut your choice Vegetables. refer to photo
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Cut vegetables in different shapes and sizes , Taking care to cut the vegetables that take longer to cook smaller, so that everything can be added together to the pan.
  • Heat oil in a heavy gage frying pan.( I prefer black cast iron pans). add ginger and garlic. Saut√© until a little brown . Add vegetable and cook over high heat, using a cover as you cook . You will need to uncover and recover many times as you stir the veggies. The idea of this is to steam and brown at the same time.You can add a little more oil during this process if you feel the need. This should only take 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt or soy sauce and pepper.
