Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lbs carrots peeled and cut into ¼ inch slices
- ⅔ cup water
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 ½ tbls butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a Sauté pan combine Carrots , Water and some salt and Pepper .
- Cover and cook rapidly for 5 minutes.
- Take off lid and continue boiling till all water is gone about 5 minutes,
- minutes, Add Syrup or honey and continue cooking till liquid is thick.
- Add butter stir one minute .
- season to taste
