Ingredients
- 3 cans of Beans 3 different color beans drained and rinsed
- ¼ each peppers of 3 different colors diced
- 3 Scallions sliced thinly at a angle
- 1 hand full parsley coarsely chopped
- 1 cup red onion diced
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss everything together . That's it .1,2,3, easy healthy and delicious.
