Riced Broccoli + Cauliflower
Everyone is using cauliflower rice. Why not throw in some broccoli?
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls coconut oil
- ¼ cup shallots
- ¾ lbs cauliflower
- ¾ lbs broccoli
- 1 carrot tinny dice
- S + P to taste
Instructions
- Using a food processor chop your cauliflower and broccoli into rice size pieces . Do each one separately.
- In a sauté pan cook your shallots in oil ,one minute. Turn heat to high then add remaining ingredients cook 2 to 3 minutes .done Light , healthy, Easy.
