- 2 Lbs small Yukon don’t peel Don’t cut , just wash
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 Tbls butter
- Cover potatoes with salted water .Boil till tender. While potatoes are cooking combine cream ,milk + butter in a small pot . Heat to a simmer. When potatoes are done drain off leaving just a tiny bit of water. Using a large spoon gently squash the potatoes so they are only partially broken open . Pour your liquid mixture over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
