Sun Valley Salsa / Pico del Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Ripe Tomatoes
  • I Yellow Medium Onion
  • ½ yellow Pepper
  • ½ red Pepper
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapieno seeded
  • 1 Serrano seeded
  • 2 Scallions
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Basically chop everything up as seen in picture. A lot of juice will come out of tomatoes so serve with slotted spoon. Add more hot Peppers if Desired. Created by Captain Doug Tyson .
