Sun Valley Salsa / Pico del Gallo
Ingredients
- 5 Ripe Tomatoes
- I Yellow Medium Onion
- ½ yellow Pepper
- ½ red Pepper
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Jalapieno seeded
- 1 Serrano seeded
- 2 Scallions
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Basically chop everything up as seen in picture. A lot of juice will come out of tomatoes so serve with slotted spoon. Add more hot Peppers if Desired. Created by Captain Doug Tyson .
