Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini quash
  • 2 summer squash
  • 3 Plum tomatoes
  • dried basil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbls olive oil divided
  • S + p

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 400°
  • Slice squash + tomatoes 1/4 inch thick slices. Layer them onto a lightly oiled ( 1Tbls ) oven proof dish as shown in picture. Sprinkle with salt , pepper and dried basil . Spread cheese over top and finish off by drizzling on the last 2 Tbls of olive oil . Bake 25 Minutes. Thats it
