- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp whole cumin seeds
- 1 tsp whole mustard seeds black, brown, yellow, or combo
- 1 TBLS Grape or Canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in cast iron or Stainless steel pan.
- When hot add Cumin + Mustard Seeds.
- Cook over moderate heat till fragrant and seeds start to pop.1 or 2 minutes.
- Add Cauliflower and sprinkle with Turmeric Salt and Pepper.
- Toss, cover + cook stirring occasionally for about 13 minutes.
