In bowl using a whip, mash avocados with lemon juice , salt and a few dashes of hot sauce. Leave it a little chunky if you like.
Heat up a frying over medium heat . Drizzle a little oil directly onto one side of your tortillas. Place one of them at a time into the pan , oil side down , toast 2 to 3 minutes on that side or until nice and brown. Repeat with other side making sure it gets nice and crispy, and continue the process with remaining tortillas. Divide your avocado mixture between the 3 tortillas and spread out. Top with cilantro and jicama and cut into 8 wedges each.
