Ingredients

carrots peeled and cut into ¼ inch slices

water

cup
maple syrup or honey
1 ½
tbls
butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a Sauté pan combine Carrots , Water and some salt and Pepper .
Cover and cook rapidly for 5 minutes.
Take off lid and continue boiling till all water is gone about 5 minutes,
minutes, Add Syrup or honey and continue cooking till liquid is thick.
Add butter stir one minute .
season to taste
