2cupsbaby broccoli also called broccolini stems cut in strips and tops left wholeeach kept separate
1cupmushrooms sliced
½red bell pepper cut into strips
8ozfresh noodles lo mein or fettuccine cooked rinsed and tossed with a little oil.
3scallions sliced
¼cupcilantro leaves
¼ cup peanuts toasted + coursley chopped
Sauce
2TbsSoy sauce
2tspsugar
2Tbsoyster sauce
2Tbsmirin
1tsptoasted sesame oil
Mix all these ingredients together
Instructions
Heat peanut oil in wok until smoking, leave heat on high and constantly stir ingredients throughout entire cooking process. Add ginger, garlic + jalapeño .Cook one minute. Add shrimp and chicken cook 2 minutes, remove those items from the wok and reserve. Next add onions + broccoli stems cook 2 minutes. Next add carrots, cook 3 minutes. Next add red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli tops, continue cooking until ingredients are nice and hot about 3 or 4 minutes. Now add noodles, sauce, reserved chicken and shrimp, stir until hot. Top with scallions, cilantro and chopped peanuts.
