6Cupsequal parts Kohlrabi, Carrots, Red Cabbage thinly sliced, I use a mandolin.
2 + ½tbsp white vinegar
3 +1/2tbsp vegetable oil
1 +1/2 tbspmaple syrup
Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
After slicing your veggies soak them in ice water for about 15 minutes. Drain well using a salad spinner. Then just simply toss with remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
