2cupswhite Beans Cooked or firm tofu
Bonito Flakesoptional
Instructions
In a large pot bring vegetable stock to a boil, season with chili paste. Add Cabbage, Romanesco, and Bok Choy. Return broth to a boil then add remaining ingredients, except bonita flakes. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes or until turnips are tender. The whole cooking process should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Divvy up into bowls + top off with Bonito Flakes. Serves about 6
