Ingredients

+ 1/2 lbs carrots cut at an angle 1/4 inch thick

cup
water

Tsp
salt

Tbls
maple syrup
honey or agave
2
Tbls
butter
pepper to taste
chives or parsley
Instructions
Cook carrots in frying pan with salt + water covered for 5 minutes . Remove cover add maple syrup continue cooking until almost all liquid is gone . Toss in butter stir and serve . Garnish with chives.
