Kohlrabi Slaw
Fresh Crispy Delicious
Ingredients
- 6 Cups equal parts Kohlrabi, Carrots, Red Cabbage thinly sliced, I use a mandolin.
- 2 + ½ tbsp white vinegar
- 3 +1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 +1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- After slicing your veggies soak them in ice water for about 15 minutes. Drain well using a salad spinner. Then just simply toss with remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
