  • 1 French Baguette Sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • olive oil for brushing
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 small jaliapinos cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • s + p


  • Brush bread on both sides with a small amount of oil and broil until lightly on each side.
  • Spread a little goat cheese on each. Top with a few slices of avocado and jalapino. Finish off with some dill, salt + pepper. Thats it!
