Cauliflower with Tomato and Olives
Ingredients
- 3 Tbls olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower in large florets
- 6 oz. diced tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato sauce
- 12 kalamata olives pitted sliced into rings
Instructions
- In a large heavy gage pot heat oil . Add cauliflower cook over moderate heat , stirring often and browning just a little. Should be half raw at this point. Now add tomato products and some salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few more minutes till just barley cooked. Its best left al dente . Sprinkle with olives . Done
