Ginger Mint Tea
This is a excellent after dinner
Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 5 oz. ginger Peeled + thinly sliced
- 4 cups mint large stems removed
- Honey
Instructions
- In a large pot bring to a boil the water, ginger + Mint. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Turn off heat and let steep 20 minutes. Strain. When reheating to serve, use 1 + 1/2 tablespoons of honey per quart of tea.
