Roasted Cauliflower With Feta, Almonds + Green Olives

Ingredients
- 1 Large Head of Cauliflower cut into Florets
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- S + P
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ cup Toasted Almonds coarsely chopped
- ½ cup Feta Cheese small dice
- ½ cup Green pitted olives roughy chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
- ½ Lemon
Instructions
- Heat Oven 425° Toss the Cauliflower, olive oil Salt and peppers in a large bowl. Spread these ingredients on a large pan and roast for 30 minutes, stirring ounce for even browning. When done toss with half the remaining ingredients (except lemon) , then top off with the rest. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.What could be easier?
