Roasted Cauliflower With Feta, Almonds + Green Olives

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower cut into Florets
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • S + P
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ cup Toasted Almonds coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese small dice
  • ½ cup Green pitted olives roughy chopped
  • ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
  • ½ Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oven 425° Toss the Cauliflower, olive oil Salt and peppers in a large bowl. Spread these ingredients on a large pan and roast for 30 minutes, stirring ounce for even browning. When done toss with half the remaining ingredients (except lemon) , then top off with the rest. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.What could be easier?
