Vindaloo Curry Mahi Mahi
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls butter
- 2 Tbls grape seed oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbls Vindaloo or Madras curry powder
- S + p
- ⅓ cup flour
- 10 oz. Mahi Mahi or any other fish you desire cut into 8 thin strips
- ½ lemon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix your eggs ,curry powder some fresh ground pepper and 1/3 tsp of salt. In a second smaller bowl put your flour.Season your fish on both sides with Salt and Pepper.
- In a large skillet heat oil and butter over medium heat. Dredge your fish one piece at a time , first into your flour and than into the egg mixture and from there into the hot pan. Let the first side brown a little without disturbing it to much.Flip over and cook approximately 3 or 4 minutes.Squeeze lemon over it. That's it folks
