Whole Roast Cumin Carrots

Simple but delicious These where straight from my garden

  • 1 Lbs Medium Size Carrots
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbls Olive Oil
  • S + P


  • Preheat oven 350°
  • Peel Carrots and place in a frying pan , Sprinkle with salt, Pepper + Cumin. Drizzle on your olive oil. Pop into oven partially covered with tin foil. Roast for 60 to 70 minutes. They should be light browned and very tender when pocked with a fork . Feel free to sprinkle with a little lemon zest.
