This recipe makes a lot of Soup .3 quarts, Adjust accordingly .
Medium Dice all your vegetables, keeping your cabbage and squash separate .In a large pot heat oil . Add Garlic stir till slightly browned. Add onions , celery + carrots. Cook covered 10 minutes. Add squashes and cabbage.cook 15 minutes covered. add stock ,tomatoes , beans + bay leafs. Cook 20 minutes , Season with S+ P ,toss in parsley . You are done . Just a few tsp of pesto.
