water or veggie broth enough to generously cover your Veggies
2Tbls cider vinegar or lemon juice
1Tblsbrown sugar
salt + pepper
Garnish with sour cream or yogurt.
serve hot or cold
Instructions
Put all ingredients in soup pot . Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 35 minutes. Adjust seasoning. a little more salt, pepper ,vinegar or sugar ? your choice.
